1. Read through the frequently asked questions in our help section before doing anything else, as this will answer most questions you may have regarding the transfer and ordering processes.

2. Call our Customer Support Center at 1-800-657-8214 to obtain a price quote and answer any further questions about your transfer.

Our representatives are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to help you with your order.

3. Read this packing and mailing guide before sending your video, film, slides, or pictures. After reading and following the guide send your order to us at the following address:

4. Your order will be processed by our trained transfer professionals.  If your transfer requires additional work due to the condition of your film, video, slides, or photos, we will contact you before proceeding.

5. The average turnaround time for transfers is as follows:

Slides / Print Photos / Photo Film: Slide and photo projects under 200 images are normally completed 5-7 business days after we receive your package. For projects consisting of 200 to 3000 images, allow 7-20 business days. Please call us for projects containing more than 3000 images.

Film / Video: Normal turnaround time is 15 business days. We will do whatever we can to accommodate your work schedule but specific delivery times are not guaranteed unless prior arrangements have been made in writing via email. Please contact us before sending your film or video if you have a particular deadline that must be met.
